Scholastic Motivation Ministries (SMM) may use photos, videos and / or images / likeness of any participants and  or staff in any or all events during the National AIM Convention of the Church of God in Christ. Biographical information may be used for a variety of reasons including but not limited to promotional materials, newsletters, press releases, media or post to the internet.

Participation in a ministry implies that Scholastic Motivation Ministries and the Church of God in Christ, and its owner, officers, directors, representatives and employees will be held harmless for damages, injuries, claims and any liability while involved in the events and activities of SMM.  Registration implies acknowledgement and consent.
